Organic Soy Milk and Costco

I have been using Organic Soy Milk for eating Kashi Go Lean at breakfast. I do not eat Kashi Lean for breakfast every day but when I do I need some Soy milk. I swear it is every bit as good as I remember 2% real milk tasted.

Kirkland Soy Milk is good, but having a fresh supply is important. Lucky for us Soy Milk unopened has a long expiration date May 2012. I went to Costco and found a case of 12 one quart containers which do not need refrigeration when stored and are good until May of next year and the case only costs about $12.79 for 12 quarts. A quart takes up very little space in the fridge as compared to the 1/2 gallons that I had been buying. A quart will last up to 1 week after opened when refrigerated. So basically a 3 month supply is about $12 and you only shop once every 2 or 3 months for it and you are never out of milk (Soymilk).
